Open Position: Tax Senior

What This Role IS: The Pure Pursuit of Tax Excellence

You are the Quality Lead. Your job is to ensure that the strategy we promised the client is reflected perfectly in their filing.

• Deep Review: You’ll spend your time in the code. You will review Individual, S-Corp, and Partnership returns to ensure zero "tax leaks."

• Expert Communication: You are the face of the expertise. You’ll record video walkthroughs (Loom) for clients, translating complex tax returns into clear, actionable insights.

• Mentorship: You will coach our preparation team, refining their skills so our "engine" runs faster and cleaner every month.

What This Role IS NOT: No Sales, No "Hustle," No Endless Meetings

Most firms ask Seniors to be "Rainmakers" while also doing the work. We think that’s a recipe for burnout and bad data.

• NO Sales/Business Development: You will never be asked to "bring in a book of business" or go to networking mixers. Our growth engine is already handled. We want your brain on the tax code, not on a sales pitch.

• NO Meeting Fatigue: We don't believe in "meetings that could have been an email." 95% of your client interaction is via recorded video. You walk them through the return on your own schedule, and they watch it on theirs.

• NO Office Politics: We are a "DOER" culture. We track output and accuracy, not who stayed latest at the office to impress a partner.
